6. Cleaning Results
Marlin’s Exterior Cleaning uses professional equipment, cleaning methods, and surface-appropriate processes to achieve the best reasonable result for each project.
However, cleaning results may vary based on the age of the surface, type of material, previous damage, oxidation, staining, mold, mildew, algae, rust, oil, paint, hard water, construction residue, weather exposure, and how long buildup has been present.
Some stains, discoloration, oxidation, or surface damage may not be fully removable. Marlin’s Exterior Cleaning does not guarantee that all stains, marks, buildup, or discoloration will be completely removed.
7. Existing Damage and Surface Conditions

Failure to pay for completed services may result in collection efforts, late fees, or other remedies allowed by law.
